Springtails make the perfect clean-up crew (CUC) for vivariums and bioactive setups as they feed on fecal matter, mold, fungus, decaying plants and leaves, as well as dead feeder insects. They’re also a great source of food for extremely small species like dart froglets.
If you intend to breed them, Lugarti’s Premium Springtail Food is specifically formulated to enhance their nutritional value and boost production. To be used as a primary source of food for all Springtail species (Collembola).
FEEDING DIRECTIONS:
Lightly sprinkle food over the substrate. Repeat when food is no longer visible, typically every 3 - 4 days. Store in a cool, dry place. Not for human consumption.
